All quotes provided by us are free and non-binding unless confirmed in writing as a formal quotation. A formal quotation is valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to amend a quotation if the scope of work changes following a site survey or further assessment.

All prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. VAT will be applied at the prevailing rate at the time of invoicing.

5. Labour Guarantee

We provide a 12-month labour guarantee on all completed works. This guarantee covers defects in workmanship only and does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, neglect or third-party interference
• Normal wear and tear
• Faults in materials or parts (these are subject to manufacturer warranties)
• Works carried out by other contractors following our completion

To make a claim under this guarantee, please contact us in writing within the 12-month period.

6. Liability

We carry £2 million public liability cover and full professional indemnity insurance. Our liability to you in connection with any project is limited to the value of the contract for that project. We are not liable for any consequential, indirect or special losses.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation.
